Who we are
PoeTech Global Consulting, LLC operates this website, bookstore, AI Academy, consulting services, and protected administration workspace. For privacy questions or requests, contact poetechglobal@gmail.com. Effective October 10, 2026.
Information we collect
We process information you provide, including contact details, consultation requests, purchases, reviews, course progress, certificate records, documents, and assistant conversations. Authentication providers supply account information such as your name and email; we do not need your Google password. We also record operational information needed to deliver services, secure the site, and measure book views, sales, and downloads.
Optional audience analytics
Audience & Traffic analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw through Analytics choices on public pages, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals disable this collection. We record public page paths without query strings, first-session referral domains or general campaign tags, approximate country when supplied by our host, and coarse device, operating system and browser categories. A random browser identifier lasts up to 30 days and a session identifier expires after 30 minutes without a tracked visit. We do not link these identifiers to accounts or CRM records, infer identity, age or gender, fingerprint visitors, or use third-party audience enrichment. Full IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored in the new analytics table. We retain only a masked IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 network prefix in restricted administrator reports for a 7-day window, and use a 90-day audience reporting window. Expired records and network prefixes are purged during analytics collection, report access and scheduled maintenance. Consent preferences are saved for 180 days. Earlier basic pageview records used a different collection method and remain separate; new audience fields cannot be reconstructed for those visits. These choices apply to optional audience analytics; operational, purchase and security records needed for services are separate.
Purchases and service delivery
Stripe processes payments. PoeTech stores order references, payment status, and information needed to provide purchased books, courses, and consultations. Do not submit card details in assistant chat. Course and certificate information supports learning access, completion records, and certificate verification.
Google account access
An administrator may authorize a Google account for Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Gmail access supports requested message search and reading, reply preparation, approved sending, and approved inbox cleanup. Cleanup moves messages to Trash rather than permanently deleting them. Calendar access supports consultation events and the administrative agenda. Drive access supports browsing folders, uploading files, creating folders, and importing copies into Documents Workspace. The requested Drive permission can cover all files in the connected account. Google permissions are granted through Google’s consent screen.
How Google data is used and shared
Google account information is used to provide the user-facing productivity features you authorize. Relevant message content, document content, or task context may be processed by the AI provider used for your requested assistant feature. PoeTech does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. PoeTech’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
AI and other service providers
Requested AI features may use xAI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or Tavus for responses, voice, images, or video conversations. Hosting, authentication, and payment providers also process information necessary to operate their services. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable policies and account settings. Only submit information you are authorized to share. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before professional use.
Storage, sharing, and retention
Connection credentials are stored in an encrypted server-side vault. Documents, conversations, order records, and course records are retained to provide service, support recovery, resolve customer issues, and meet applicable obligations. Deleting a workspace item may initially place it in recoverable storage. Explicitly shared files or folders are accessible through their share links; take care when sharing confidential information. Public reviews, published content, and certificate verification results are visible through their respective public features.
Your choices and requests
You can disconnect integrations in the administrator area and revoke Google access in your Google account’s connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not erase already imported document copies, existing calendar events, or mail in Google. Contact poetechglobal@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of PoeTech-held information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for applicable obligations.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as features or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact us if you need clarification before connecting an account or sharing sensitive information.
