Using PoeTech
These terms apply to use of PoeTech Global Consulting, LLC’s website, bookstore, AI Academy, consultations, and administration tools. Effective October 7, 2026. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and protect your account and purchased-access links. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with other users.
Books and digital purchases
The checkout displays the price and purchase details before payment. Purchased digital books are provided for your personal use unless a separate license or agreement permits broader use. Do not redistribute purchased files or access links without permission. Availability of a download does not transfer copyright ownership.
Courses and certificates
Purchased course access, completion requirements, and available certificates are described in the Academy. Certificates document the completion recorded by PoeTech; they do not by themselves establish professional licensure or government accreditation. Certificate verification provides the information made available by the verification feature.
Consultations and payments
Consultation duration, provider, package, and price are shown before purchase. Scheduled appointments may require confirmation. Paid AI consultations are time-limited; additional time requires the applicable purchase. Specific engagement agreements and terms disclosed with an offer also apply. For cancellation, refund, billing, or access questions, contact poetechglobal@gmail.com with your order number. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Connected accounts and assistants
Connect only accounts and documents you are authorized to use. Google access follows the permissions you grant. Review consequential actions, including email sending and inbox cleanup, before approving them. AI-generated answers, reports, images, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate; review their suitability and factual support before relying on them.
Uploads, reviews, and sharing
You remain responsible for having permission to upload or share content. You authorize the processing needed to provide the requested feature. Reviews may be moderated before publication. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or confidential third-party information without authorization. A public share link can be forwarded by its recipient.
Availability and support
Service availability depends in part on external providers, browser permissions, and network conditions. Contact PoeTech about service interruptions or inaccessible purchases. We may restrict misuse or unauthorized access. These terms do not replace any separately signed consulting agreement.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, including Google connections and AI processing. We may update these terms as the service changes. Questions about these terms should be sent to poetechglobal@gmail.com.
