Current status

Accessibility assessment and remediation are in progress. Full-site conformance has not been established. This statement does not claim verified ADA compliance or a completed independent accessibility assessment.

Current review work includes keyboard navigation, form labels and error feedback, screen-reader behavior, focus management, mobile and zoom layouts, captions/transcripts and downloadable document accessibility. Some third-party conversation and payment features also need assessment as part of complete user workflows.

Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and your preferred way to receive assistance. You may describe the browser or assistive technology involved if useful. You do not need to disclose a disability diagnosis or medical records.

We will review the reported barrier and discuss an available way to access the information or service.

How we assess access

Our target covers complete pages and processes, including navigation, book purchases, course access and assessments, certificate verification, documents and text/voice interaction. Automated checks support the work; manual keyboard, assistive-technology and media/document review are also needed.
